The Last Resort on the River is a peaceful RV park nestled along the scenic Blanco River, just 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Pagosa Springs, CO.  Guests can experience the magic of staying in the mountains while enjoying the tranquility of riverside camping.  Nearby, Pagosa Springs is home to the world’s largest and deepest hot spring, offering a truly unique and rejuvenating experience after a day of exploring.

We offer 23 full hook-up RV sites, 6 partial hook-up riverside sites (ideal for smaller units with electric and water), and tent sites along the river.

Our Bath House provides separate men’s and women’s restrooms with hot showers, as well as a washer and dryer and vending machines for your convenience. We have firewood and shower tokens available for purchase.
